MEMBERSHIP:
We do have a Membership cap of 75.    The Magic Spaders Club is also Exclusive. You may not belong to other clubs.

Express yourself perhaps by the "Nic" you choose.
Club members will use: "MS" or: M_S_ at the beginning of  their Nic followed by one underscore, then their name.
     (example: MS_Spader) or (M_S_Spader)

We ask you forego the use of this club Nic, when no longer a member for any reason.

Anyone desiring membership into Magic Spaders shall first read the SHG code of conduct, Magic Spaders Club Code of conduct, and complete an application for membership.      You will be interviewed by one or all of the club owners.      Please Allow up to but no longer than 4 days for approval or denial.

CLUB PARTICIPATION:
Members are requested to appear in their Magic Nic as often as possible when in SHG.  A Members level of activity is measured either by posting wins to the Members Report /Points page and/or attending club events in your Magic Nic.

Those members who play in Tournaments and Club events are requested to post their banners/wins to the Magic Spaders Home Page at: http://www.magicspaders.com

If a member needs to be absent for a long period of time, due to personal or professional reasons, we ask that you notify one of the Club owners directly or email to: magicspaders@magicspaders.com in order to receive "LOA" (leave of absence) status.     Two months of inactivity will warrant a notice from one of the Owners .     You will have 7 days to respond to this letter. If no response is received you will be removed from the club due to inactivity.

BEHAVIOR:
Always be courteous and respectful to all Hosts and other players.

There will be NO cheating. Any member caught cheating (with proof) will be dismissed from the club immediately.

There is no place for poor sportsmanship in our club, nor vulgar language nor slurs in any form of others. We are not all the same in skill and we each learn daily.

Be positive in your comments. Never belittle your opponents or fellow pards.  You are representing the entire club when using your club Nic. Please show club pride and be courteous to all.

If a problem does arise, screenshot & log text and bring it to the attention of the Club owners consisting of who, what, when, where.   Please attach any files.

VIOLATION OF SHG COC OR MAGIC SPADERS COC:
All incidents will be reviewed by the club owners.

First violation:  A written Warning from the Complaints Director
Second violation:  You will be removed from The Magic Spaders Club.
